From Jacob’s mother: “This is my son Jacob Garcia, he was born at 39 weeks on April 29, 2013. When he was born they noticed his stomach was enlarged so they took him to get an mri and they came to realize that he had various masses in his liver. He is currently taking chemo and they are hoping to do surgery around September (if everything goes well). If they can’t take all of the masses out without leaving enough healthy liver they will do a liver transplant.”
