Welcome to the Love Transfusion App ("the App"), provided by Love Transfusion Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and the services provided through the App ("Services"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, other legal entity, or as a parent or guardian for a child or disabled person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that all parties agree to be bound by these Terms.
While users must generally be at least 18 years of age to register an account, a parent or guardian may create and manage an account on behalf of a child or disabled person under their care. In such cases, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child's use of the App. By allowing a child under 18 to use the App, the parent or guardian consents to these Terms on behalf of the child and agrees to monitor their activity as necessary.
To access certain features of the App, you must have an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when submitting a story, as this information will be used to set up your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality, including text, images, videos, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Love Transfusion Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at lovesupport@lovetransfusion.org.
The App is provided (as is and as available,) without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Transfusion Inc. will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Transfusion Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
